Healthcare Contracts Manager

Castlefield is delighted to have been engaged to source a highly organised and experienced Contract Manager to oversee and coordinate contractual agreements for an NHS Organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts with a focus on existing and new contract activity plans, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This role requires excellent data analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with a first rate understanding of NHS regulations.
Duties
- Review existing activity plans and compile current position data reports with a focus on contracts with the independent sector
- Oversee the execution of contracts activity plans from initiation to completion, ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations
- Coordinate with project teams to align contractual requirements with project timelines and budgets
- Maintain detailed records of contractual documents, amendments, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools
- Lead negotiations to resolve disputes or modifications efficiently while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
Essential Skills
- Proven management experience in contract administration or project management within Healthcare
- Experience within an NHS ICB or CCG setting
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and IT systems relevant to contract management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills for clear articulation of contract terms and stakeholder engagement
