Castlefield Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a leading global Manufacturer and provider of medical devices in the recruitment of a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
This role will be fully remote, and would be ideally suited to a Contracts/Supplier relationship Officer looking to step up into a more senior role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordination and management of tender responses and submissions for framework bid requests
- Managing the contract lifecycle from initial request through execution, mid-term usage reviews, renewal and expiry
- Maintain accurate contract records
- Price management in SAP
- Framework activity management in line with commercial offering/pricing structure ensuring all the business objectives are being met
- Providing the sales team with contract management and pricing reviews in relation to associated sales against their accounts
- Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service team on pricing, terms and contract conditions
- Maintenance of commercial CRM platform
Person Specification
- Experience of working with Public Orthopaedic frameworks (NHS/TOS) would be highly advantageous
- Highly organised, with strong data analysis and Excel skills
- Determined and driven and keen to develop career
