Castlefield Recruitment are proud to be supporting an NHS Trust in the South West of England to recruit a Deputy Associate Director of Facilities on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities;
· Provide strategic and operational leadership across Domestic Services, delivering safe,compliant, efficient and customer-focused cleaning services across the hospital and the wider health community
· Lead the transformation of Domestic Services, embedding innovation, workforce development and performance excellence
· Ensurecontinuity of leadership across Facilities services and contribute to thestrategic development of the organisation
· Champion workforce engagement, quality assurance and service improvement, ensuring the consistent delivery of clean, safe and welcoming healthcare environments, that support infection prevention and patient care
Personal Specification
· Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management or related field
· In-depth knowledge of healthcare domestic and cleaning services, including infection prevention and control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare or similar complex environment
· Significant experience leading domestic or facilities operations in a large complex organisation
