Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Interim Head of Compliance for a North-West based Housing Association. This is an initial 6-month assignment, offering a competitive day rate based on experience. Office attendance will be required roughly 2-3 days per week.
The role:
· Provide strategic and operational oversight of statutory compliance and facilities management across residential buildings, including communal areas within blocks
· Lead the alignment of compliance and facilities management functions, bringing greater consistency, assurance, and visibility across services
· Deliver robust management reporting and assurance across the big 6 compliance areas (gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, lifts, and asbestos)
What you need:
· Demonstrable experience in a senior compliance leadership role within social housing
· Expert knowledge of the Big 6 areas of compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory and building safety requirements
