Salary: £57,000 - £69,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: Remote Working with occasional national travel
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

As Facilities Contracts Performance Manager, you will be akey member of the Commercial Team, responsible for driving the performance,compliance and continuous improvement across a portfolio of CHP's nationalfacilities management contracts.

About the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, Property, you will actas a subject matter expert for contract management, ensuring your teams supplychain partners deliver services in line with agreed contractual obligations,KPIs and SLAs.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues acrossProperty, Finance, Procurement and Digital teams, while developing strongrelationships with external suppliers and stakeholders. The role offerssignificant autonomy and the opportunity to influence service delivery,customer satisfaction and value for money across a substantial nationalportfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Line manage and develop a team of contract professionals
• Lead your team to deliver your  portfolio     of facilities management contracts to the required contractual performance standards, ensuring client satisfaction is at the forefront of our activities
• Ensure your team comply with the respective contract management plans and performance recovery where required
• Be responsible for the development and dissemination of our performance reporting across the business
• Work closely with the Contracts Services Manager to ensure consistent and effective contract management processes are adopted and implemented in line with our “Gold Standard” aspirations
• Support procurement exercises, tender evaluations and contract mobilisation

Essential Requirements

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Proven experience within contract management and supplier performance management
• Experience managing contract expenditure and budget performance
• Experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience of collating and reporting on contract performance / deliverables
