Finance Administrator | £18 per hour (umbrella) | Interim | Merseyside:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a public-sector organisation in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to their team on an interim basis to support the team through a busy period. The role offered hybrid working (4 days onsite) and the opportunity to work within a dynamic and busy finance team.
Duties:
- Managing the purchase ledger inbox and suggesting new processes in improve efficiency
- Creating efficient processes and ways of working for inbound electronic mail and shared mailboxes
- General finance administration support to assist with year-end preparations
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations across the organisation
- Correcting/verifying invoices, filing and maintaining supplier records
Experience:
- Previous experience in a finance administration position - essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment - essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with people outside of the organisation - essential
- Immediately available or on short notice to start next role - essential
