Castlefield are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a leading Audio Visual (AV) and media solutions business with a client portfolio that includes major national brands across cinema, retail, leisure and automotive sectors.
The Role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across cinema, retail, leisure and automotive sectors.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within existing client organisations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and expanding service offerings across established accounts.
- Convert inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads into new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the company's CRM and account management tools.
- Deliver presentations, proposals and commercial solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage renewals to maximise account value.
- Achieve individual revenue and growth targets.
The Person:
- Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management or Client Relationship Management
- Strong track record of growing existing accounts and generating additional revenue.
- Experience managing large or strategic client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach to sales.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Able to build credibility with both operational and senior-level contacts.
