Finance Business Partner | Public Sector | Hybrid and flexible working
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable public sector organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include:
• Playing a key role in providing a robust accounting service to a range of service areas
• Partnering with key service areas to identify and drive service improvements
• Liaise with budget holders to produce accurate budgets and ensure that financial risk is understood
• Training of budget holders on financial matters
• Presentation of financial reports to senior management
• Leading regular budget monitoring reports with senior stakeholders
• Management and development of small finance business partnering team
The person;
• CCAB/CIMA qualified
• Proven business partnering approach
