Overview
Castlefield are delighted to be working with a established not-for-profit organisation based in Ashton-Under-Lyme in order to recruit a Finance Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing and scanning purchase invoices
- Assisting with reconciliation & analysis of petty cash
- Liaising with suppliers and setting up bank payment schedules
Skills
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role
- Ability to pick up new processes and duties quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
