Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded Public Sector organisation in Hertfordshire, to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in a fast-paced reputable authority, to drive efficiencies and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Building influential relationships with service areas at a strategic level
• Being the key point of contact for departmental budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering with key service areas to improve the quality of finances they receive
• Providing expert insights on financial performance
• Working with stakeholders to ensure financial risk is understood
• Identifying opportunities and process improvements
• Providing leadership and support to finance team
The person;
• CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent
• Proven finance business partnering approach
