Castlefield Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with the Licensed Trade Charity (LTC) to recruit a Property Operations Lead on a permanent basis.
The Licensed Trade Charity (LTC) has been supporting people working within the licensed hospitality sector since 1793. Today, the Charity continues to make a lasting difference through wellbeing support, financial assistance and access to outstanding education.
The LTC Education Group brings together the Charity's portfolio of independent and specialist schools, providing strategic leadership, investment and shared professional services. Working collaboratively across multiple campuses, the Estates Team plays a vital role in creating safe, compliant, sustainable and inspiring environments in which pupils and staff can thrive.

The role
· Reporting to the Head of Estates, the Property Operations Lead is responsible for the operational management of the estates
· The postholder will provide visible leadership to the operational teams and adopt a service-led, customer-focused and commercially minded approach to estates management, ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, well maintained and supports the delivery of outstanding education.
· Thee role has responsibility for planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, Estates Health & Safety, security, porterage and transport services whilst working collaboratively with the wider Estates Team across the LTC Education Group.
The candidate
· Relevant professional or technical qualificationin estates, facilities management, construction, or building services
· Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH,IOSH Managing Safely)
· Experience managing a large estate within education, charities, schools, or similar organisations
· Experience managing projects including sustainability initiatives
· Experience managing operational budgets
· Full valid driving licence (for multi-sitetravel)
