Client:
Castlefield areworking with an organisation as they look to recruit an enthusiastic andpersonable Customer Service Manager to join their team. As a Manager you will play a crucial role in providing excellentcustomer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidatewill have strong team management skillswithin a healthcare background.
Duties will include:
- Support the Manager in the delivery of best in practice frontline customer service
- Ensure the implementation of the improvement plan across the team
- Track the performance of the team and offer suggestions for areas of improvement
- Carry our performance reviews with various staff members
- Taking a proactive approach to customer care, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Have detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures across a range of disciplines to ensure that customer contacts receive the correct advice, are escalated when necessary and correctly administered onto the internal system.
The successful candidate will:
- Have management experience in a healthcare environment
- Have experience managing different teams
- Have a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
