Position: Procurement Specialist

Location: Nottingham (NG1 7FG) – Constellia works with our partners, post training, on a hybrid model, 3 days a week in our office.  

Salary: £35,000 per annum + benefits package

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their procurement and sourcing requirements
• Manage the full end‑to‑end procurement process
• Research and identify high‑quality service providers
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, including on‑site engagement where needed
• Train and support client stakeholders in developing fit‑for‑purpose Statements of Work
• Ensure successful project delivery and outcomes
• Conduct spend analysis and present MI as part of service reviews

Technical Requirements

·       Experience within either the Private or Public sector, running compliant procurements following governance processes

·       First class IT skills

·       Proven customer, client and stakeholder relationship management

·       Effective project management abilities

Personal Specification

·       Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

·       Great relationship builder (both internally and externally)

·       Excellent organisational and time management skills
