People Business Partner | Interim | Housing | £200pd - £300pd | North West |
Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with a North West based housing organisation to recruit an experienced People Business Partner on a full time, temporary basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a comprehensive HR Business Partnering service aligned to organisational strategy and values
- Develop and implement People Plans to support business objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and organisational change
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and attendance cases
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice
- Support colleague engagement initiatives, employee surveys and action planning
- Analyse workforce data and management information to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Deliver HR training and coaching to managers to strengthen people management capability
- Support workforce planning, talent development and organisational development initiatives
- Lead and contribute to People & Culture projects across the organisation
- Champion Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across all people activities
Key experience required:
- Chartered CIPD qualified
- Strong employee relations and case management experience
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Proven experience operating in a Business Partnering role, supporting and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience developing People Plans and supporting organisational change initiatives
- Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship-building skills
- Experience delivering HR projects across areas such as employee engagement, wellbeing, reward, TUPE and change management
- Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
