Service Charge Officer| Permanent | Hybrid | Worcester
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable not for profit organisation who are looking to recruit a Service Charge officer to their busy and progressive service charge team. The role is offers agile hybrid working (2 days a week in office) and a great benefits package.
Duties:
- Reconciling accounts to ensure income and expenditure is accounted for
- Providing accurate financial information and maintaining financial systems to support decision making
- Working with and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Manipulating large data sets on excel and supporting the wider service charge function
Experience:
- Experience working in a service charge position is desirable (social housing and commercial)
- Experience working in a finance role is essential - experienced with reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and assisting with month-end procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical finance to non-finance stakeholders
- Excellent excel skills with the ability to manipulate large volume of data
