Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Housing Complaints Administrator for a Housing Association based in Merseyside. This is a temporary position on a two-month contract, paying £21.65 per hour. Office attendance is required 3 times per week following completion of training period.
The role:
- Monitor and triage incoming complaints, MP and councillor enquiries, ensuring they are recorded and assigned to the correct officer
- Ensure complaints responses are sent to customers within target deadlines
- Ensure complaints are classified correctly and assigned to the correct department
- Ensure that communications throughout complaints cases are sent to customers in line with target timeframes
- Ensure record keeping and recording of complaints cases is up-to-date on the CRM
What you need:
- Experience of working in an administrative position within a social housing environment
- Knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code
