Client:
Castlefield Recruitment is working in partnershipwith a Healthcare organisation based in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Medical Secretary into their team. The role is offered on an interim basis for initially 3 months with the likelihood for extension. The client is looking forcandidates who can start as soon as possible and they can offer fully remote working.
Key Duties:
- Responsible for the provision of high quality and efficient administrative and secretarial service
- Prioritise work resulting from opening post and dealing with any correspondence where necessary
- Reporting any issues which need to be escalated
- Responsible for ensuring that day-to-day workload is organised
- Managing the consultant’s diary and ensuring that priorities are identified
- Typing of clinic letters and any other correspondence
Person
- Must have experience working in a medical secretarial role
- Must have experience audio typing
- Strong administration skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
