People Transformation Business Partner | Interim| Housing | Competitive Salary | North West | £200pd - £300pd
Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with a housing organisation to recruit an experienced People Transformation Business Partner on a full-time, temporary basis.
This role will play a key role in supporting the delivery of organisational transformation, partnering with leaders to implement people-focused change initiatives that improve organisational performance, colleague engagement and service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with leaders to deliver organisational change and transformation programmes across the business
- Support organisational design, workforce planning and cultural change initiatives
- Provide expert advice on change management, consultation processes and employee relations matters
- Develop and implement people plans aligned to transformation and business objectives
- Support restructures, service redesign and organisational development activity
- Use workforce data and people insight to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Drive colleague engagement and communication activities throughout periods of change
- Coach and support managers to successfully lead teams through change
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, organisational policy and best practice
- Work collaboratively with HR, OD and leadership teams to deliver sustainable business improvement
Key experience required:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience delivering organisational change and transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of organisational design, workforce planning and change management methodologies
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues and consultation processes
- Good understanding of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience using workforce data to support business decisions
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within housing, public sector or similarly regulated environments would be advantageous
